I just wanted to personally thank you for the late call to keep our machine going last Thursday. The change over to R3 has made our lives so much better! I can only imagine how last week would have ended up with our previous vendor. They might have gotten the part today…if they remembered to order it…I might have gotten a return call…and in the end it probably would not have been the correct part. Your dedication Thursday to get it up and running saved the day. We were able to run the job through the evening and when we came in Friday it only needed 46 more books.
